Women’s network best practices

To commemorate #IWD2023, USAID’s Mongolia Energy Governance activity held a panel discussion featuring Arijeta Pajaziti Qerimi and Eunice Biritwum, two women energy leaders who have been instrumental in setting up and sustaining the Association of Women in the Energy Sector in Kosovo (AWESK) and Women in Energy (WIE) Ghana, respectively. Panelists note that women’s networks provide both personal and professional benefits by providing a platform to share experiences, to meet new contacts.
